Overview

This website is operated by Thirty Days In ("we", "us", "our"), a business name of Nathan Warwick Beddoes, a sole trader registered in Australia (ABN 40 829 538 549). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian's permission. The 30-Day Reset is designed for people aged 13 and over. It isn't intended for children under 13.

What you're buying

The 30-Day Reset is a digital product: access to a web app plus downloadable PDF files, delivered by email after purchase. Nothing is shipped. Your purchase gives you a personal licence. The “Just me” option is for one person. The family pack is for up to 5 people who live in the same household, each on their own phone. Please don't resell, publish or share the files or the app link publicly.

Not medical advice

The 30-Day Reset is a habit challenge for general wellbeing. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, "gaming addiction" or any other condition. Sleep and activity targets follow published guidelines; they aren't personalised medical advice.

Exercise at your own risk

The workouts are beginner level and include form tips. Stop if anything hurts. If you have a health condition or an injury, check with a doctor before starting. Anyone under 18 training at a gym should follow the gym's age rules and get a qualified person to show them good form. To the extent the law allows, you take part in any exercise at your own risk.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise any particular result. Results depend on the person and on how the program is used. Luke's story on our site describes his own experience, not a typical outcome.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud, and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Refunds

Our Refund policy is part of these terms: a full refund within 30 days of buying.

Our content

Everything in the app, the PDFs and on this site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Thirty Days In or is used with permission.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. The app is hosted by a third-party web host. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the app or the files. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
